Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. If your order includes handmade items, processing may take longer. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country according to local regulations. For most orders to the United States and major European countries, we cover the customs duties, so you generally won't need to pay additional duties upon delivery. However, certain destinations, such as Brazil, may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer.
Returns
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return service. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return is due to an error or issue on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
